The search results were fine but lets talk about export speed - With concurrent use of four to five people your exports of 2000 prospect avg is taking 2 hrs and I'm sure your tech people are seeing the spikes in server load.

If you're on a VPS would you please upgrade the server specs, and if not, could you migrate to a bigger box, Avadel will need it if we're going to be sticky.

Note that there are no problems exporting when using solo without any concurrent exports happening - So even just a burst speed/threshold upgrade would be well received.
